History Itinerary 1:

From there, travel to downtown Miami and visit the historic Catholic Church and shops along Sullivan Street. End your route by visiting Besh-Ba-Gowa and the various ghost towns in Globe, Arizona.

First, visit Boyce Thompson Arboretum, Arizona’s oldest and largest botanical garden then drive through the vistas and make your way through Winkleman to Oracle to see the Bioshphere. Before heading home, visit Apache Leap Mountain in Superior, Arizona where legend has it that 75 warriors leaped off the cliff to avoid surrendering to cavalry troops. Be sure to read about the Apache Tear legend before you go.

Art Itinerary 1:

Begin your journey by visiting the Helping Hands Statue (which celebrates the 100 year anniversary of Superior) and the many murals of Superior, then visit the Bob Jones Museum and the World’s Smallest Museum* (shed-sized building with a roof made entirely of beer cans that displays unique artifacts) in Superior Arizona. Then, head to Downtown Miami to explore the Bullion Plaza Cultural Center, Gila County Historical Museum and Sullivan Street. As you head out of Miami, set your sights on Globe and be sure to stop at the Cobre Valley Art Centre and Besh-Ba-Gowa (seek out the gift shop for art and other memorabilia).

Science Itinerary 1:
